Process of Reservation and Payment
 1.  The Reservation Service
The hotels, apartment facilities, holiday homes, vehicle rentals and excursion operators linked up with m-tours operate a joint Reservation Service.
The staff of the Reservation Service speak English, German and several other languages. They are available via e-mail twelve months per year.
Therefore, the Reservation Service makes the interface between the Customer and the Service Provider, also during the winter months when most of the providers in the Mediterranean take a break.
 2.  Customer Service
As soon as you submit an on-line form the Reservation Service will receive the content by e-mail.
First they will check whether the desired service is available. During the winter months this might take several days e.g. for getting in contact with the hotel owner or manager using his private phone numbers.
In case that the desired service is fully booked, the Reservation Service will search for alternatives. They will keep in contact with you by e-mail and submit suitable proposals.
 3.  Pro-Forma Invoice
After all details are clear, the Reservation Service will by order of the Service Provider issue a detailed Pro-Forma Invoice and send it to you by e-mail.
The Pro-Forma Invoice will also show the Reservation and Handling Costs (44 % of the Grand Total) which will be levied as a Down Payment, and the bank connection for the transfer of the Down Payment.
 4.  Rental or Service Contract
The Reservation Service will observe the arrival of the Down Payment via on-line banking.
Afterwards, they will send the Final Reservation Confirmation to you by e-mail. With this Confirmation, the Rental or Service Contract will come into life directly between you and the Service Provider.
 5.  Payment
The remaining amount (56 % of the Grand Total) is due upon arrival, and to be paid straight to the Service Provider.
 6.  Subsequent Alteration or Cancellation
In most cases, the Reservation Service will be able to arrange any Subsequent Alterations without additional costs. In case that any costs should incur, the Reservation Service will inform you by e-mail prior to fixing the Alteration.
Cancellation is possible any time free of costs, however the Down Payment ist not refundable as the Reservation and Handling Costs already incurred.
There will not be any other Cancellation Fee such as percentages connected to timelimits etc.
Attention: In case that you should not arrive by the scheduled time and should not give any delay information, it will be assumed that the reservation shall be cancelled. The Service Provider will then be allowed to give the reserved service to someone else.
